Integration & Wellness Coaching

Integration & Wellness Coaching

Coaching offers dedicated, personalized support as you navigate hormonal changes, mental health, and major life transitions. It’s an important complement to medical care — but it’s important to understand what coaching is, and isn’t. Coaching through HEALING IN NM does not include medical diagnosis or treatment. For diagnosis, prescriptions, or medication management, care happens through a separate medical visit with Julie.

Who Coaching Is For

  • You’re working with a provider — here or elsewhere — on medication management for menopause, hormones, or mental health, and want support putting the plan into practice day to day.
  • You’ve had, or are considering, a psychedelic experience and want structured support thinking it through and integrating it afterward.
  • You want help turning lifestyle changes into habits that actually stick, rather than one more thing on a list.
  • You want a thinking partner to help make sense of your current medications, supplements, and lab work.

How Coaching Helps

Coaching focuses on the practical, day-to-day work of change — building sustainable habits, staying accountable, and creating the conditions that let your medical care actually work.

Habit Change & Lifestyle Support

Turning nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress-management goals into daily routines that fit your real life, not just a plan on paper.

Integration Support

Whether you’re adjusting to a new hormone therapy, a psychiatric medication, or processing a psychedelic experience, coaching provides a structured space to integrate what’s changing in your body and mind — and to translate insight into lasting change.

Set & Setting

For those exploring psychedelic-assisted work through a legal, clinical pathway, coaching can help you think through set and setting — your mindset going in, and the environment around you — so you get the most out of both the experience and the integration that follows.

Reviewing Your Plan

Coaching can help you make sense of your current medication and supplement protocols, look back at previous lab work, and think through what testing might be worth asking your provider about.

What Coaching Is Not

To be clear: coaching does not include medical diagnosis or the prescribing of medication, and it is not a substitute for a medical visit. If you need a diagnosis, a new prescription, or a change to your medications, that care happens through a scheduled medical visit with Julie, a licensed nurse practitioner.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is coaching a replacement for my medical appointments? No. Coaching complements medical care but does not include diagnosis or prescribing.
  • Do I need to be an existing patient to work with a coach? Not necessarily — reach out and we can help you figure out the right fit.
  • Can coaching help me get more out of my current treatment? Yes. Many people use coaching to build habits and structure around a plan their provider has already put in place.
  • What if I have questions about psychedelic experiences? Coaching offers space to explore set, setting, and integration. It does not include facilitation, sourcing, diagnosis, or medical guidance for psychedelic use itself.
